‘BARRE fitness is becoming a more and more popular form of exercise due to the hype coming from Victoria secret’s models and A list celebs that attend the classes but does it really work!? ⁣⁣⁣

I can definitely confirm that if you want to work on your posture, range of motion,strength, core stability, glute activation and flexibility then this class is definitely for you!! ⁣⁣⁣

This is a low impact class that requires no dance ability whatsoever. The class is based around the basic ballet positions and uses the barre as a support.⁣⁣

This makes you think about your body and really activate your mind to muscle connection that can help you in the gym and your every day life! ⁣⁣⁣

This class is suitable for all fitness abilities and ages 16+
