This is a low impact class that requires no dance ability whatsoever. The class is based around the basic ballet positions and uses the barre as a support.
This makes you think about your body and really activate your mind to muscle connection that can help you in the gym and your every day life!
This class is suitable for all fitness abilities and ages 16+
