Come and have fun, learn something new and find your inner goddess!
In this class you will learn different styles of Middle Eastern dance and discover how Belly Dance can improve your posture, tone your muscles from head to fingertips to toes and improve your flexibility.
It’s great for physical and mental well-being and to meet  new Friends.
The beginners class is 630 to 730 on Wednesday night. (Other levels available, including private lessons/ performance and one off choreography)
Wear something comfortable (no jeans) we dance in bare feet, socks or dancing slippers. No need to show your tummy.

Hip belts, veils, fan veils, Saiidi sticks, Wings of Isis and other props are available for you to loan. Come and have a shimmytastic time!
