Desford Striders Running Club

on running the Steve Morris 5 mile event on Sunday 9th July 2023 with over 500 runners from all over the County. It was a superb piece of organisation and a fitting tribute to our friend Steve Morris who passed away earlier this year. Steve’s wife, June, set the runners off and was really touched by all the tributes for Steve including those from runners from all over the County.
