GP Referrals

The gym at Sport in Desford is involved in the Exercise Referral Scheme. This scheme helps individuals identified by their GP or other health professionals to take up the benefits of enjoyable exercise. People referred will receive a 12 weekly activity programme designed for their needs, and delivered by highly qualified instructors.
