Pilates & Yoga
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don’t need to have done any pilates before, just come along to one of the 3 sessions:
Ball-ates Pilates (swiss ball): 11.00 to 11.45am on Monday mornings in the Function Room with Total Pilates; starts February 2019
Beginners/Back Pilates: 6.00 to 6.45pm on Monday evenings with Total Pilates
Pilates Circuit: 7.15 to 8.00pm on Monday evenings with Total Pilates
Beginners’ Pilates: 6.00 to 6.45pm on Wednesday evenings in the Dance Studio with Total Pilates
Intermediates’ Pilates: 7.15 to 8.15pm on Wednesday evenings in the Function Room with Total Pilates

For all classes, an exercise mat would be useful if you have one. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
