Pilates & Yoga

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don’t need to have done any pilates before, just come along to one of the 2 sessions:

7.15 to 8.15 pm on Wednesday evenings in the Function Room with Emma Sylvester.

Annie Rea will be covering the first 5 sessions 13th September to 11th October, until Emma starts on 18th October 2017

10.45am to 11.30am  on Thursday mornings in the Function Room with Anne-Marie Rennie

 

Yoga helps increase flexibility, strength and vitality and is suitable for all. The class is held:

11.00am to 12.30pm on Sundays in the Function Room with Jenny Lye 

 

8.45 to 10.15pm on Thursdays in the Dance Studio with Kate Overington

 

An exercise mat would be useful if you have one. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
