Pilates & Yoga

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don’t need to have done any pilates before, just come along to one of the 3 sessions:

Beginners’ Pilates: 6.00 to 6.45  on Weds evenings in the Dance Studio with Emma Sylvester

Pilates: 7.15 to 8.15 pm on Wednesday evenings in the Function Room with Emma Sylvester

Ball-ates: 5.45 to 6.30pm on Friday evenings in the Function Room with Emma Sylvester; starts 18th May 2018

Barre Pilates: 9.30 to 10.30am on Wednesday mornings in the Dance Studio with Sally Eastham: starts  18th April 2018

 

Yoga helps increase flexibility, strength and vitality and is suitable for all.

Fitness Yoga: 10.45am to 11.30am  on Thursday mornings in the Function Room with Anne-Marie Rennie

Yoga: 11.00am to 12.30pm on Sundays in the Function Room with Jenny Lye  This class closes end April 2018

For all classes, an exercise mat would be useful if you have one. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
