Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don’t need to have done any pilates before, just come along to one of the 3 sessions:
Beginners’ Pilates: 6.00 to 6.45pm on Wednesday with Total Pilates – Upstairs Dance Studio
Intermediates’ Pilates: 7.15 to 8.15pm on Wednesday with Total Pilates – Upstairs Function Room
Pilates (mixed abilities): 9.30 to 10.15 on Thursday with Total Pilates – Downstairs Scout Hall
